The above shot shows the point details. Yeah I know some are a little off but for the first time blocking I think it's darn good!!
This picture above shows the detail a little better. This was such a joy to knit and rather fast. I bet if I worked on this several hours a day that I could complete one in 2.5 maybe 3 days!!
Here is another shot of the shawl this time I took the picture with it on the ecru floor tile. I can hardly wait to wear it for the first time!! That is it for the shawls I will post again with some of the other recent photo's I've taken. Have a great Friday night all!
Keep them needles busy!!

Very pretty shawl.
I love you shawls. What is the yarn you are using?
Hi Gammy,
For the first shawl I used Handmaiden's Silk Maiden in Vintage colorway and the I used Louisa Hardings Grace in that brown colorway can't remeber what number it is though I tossed the band.
The second shawl I started I am using 1-ply pure wool spun and dyed by my friend Marie. She lives in Canada and she has an eBay store called: Mirari Crafts. She has incredible colorways and I can't wait to finish this shawl so I can see how it will block. The first one was a 50/50 Wool Silk blend and this is pure wool. Thanks again for your kind words!
WOW, that is beauitful :) I wish i did some lace . . . maybe someday. Just wanted to say Hi - I'm in Fall Felted Bag - surfing today :)
I am currently working on my 1st forest canopy and I just love seeing how different they all look with different wools used.
I enjoyed reading your blog.
